QUICK CHERRY DANISH

Today, we are making a very quick and very easy four ingredient Cherry Danish

The recipe is simple and flavorful. The RED CABBAGE can stand on its own or as a tasty side dish with just about anything (including Bratwurst and Schnitzel). Follow these easy directions and about 1 hour and 15 minutes later, talk about delicious.

1 roll Crescent Rolls
4 oz. Cream Cheese
4 tbls Powdered Sugar
7-8 oz. Cherry Pie Filling

= = = = = DIRECTIONS = = = = =

  1. Preheat Oven to 375° F
  2. Take Crescent Roll dough out of tube container and keep ROLLED
  3. Slice dough into 1/2 inch thick slices
  4. lay slices on parchment paper on baking sheet, flatten and create a shallow bowl like appearance
  5. in a separate bowl add powdered sugar to cream cheese and mix until a frosting like texture appears
  6. spoon in the cream cheese/sugar mixture on top of the dough
  7. spoon in the cherry pie filling on top of cream cheese mixture
  8. bake for 12-15 minutes until dough is appear golden brown
  9. Enjoy
