OPERATION VITTLES
BAKED FISH FILETS
BAKED FISH FILETS
as found in the book “OPERATION VITTLES COOKBOOK”
Today, we are making ELIZABETH C. GARDNER’s contribution:
BAKED FISH FILETS
The recipe is simple but the flavor is out of this world. Lots and lots of flavor and the chops are juicy. Follow the directions when it comes to the portions of cheese, personally I found the cheese to be SPOT ON! All in all, from start to finish was just under two hours. It was a dinner well worth the brief wait. Thanks to Maria Hilton and the American Women in the Blockaded Berlin (1948 – 1949)
