SHRIMP PO-BOY
One day after a Seafood Boil, I found myself with some left over shrimp, crusty bread, tomato, onion, and remoulade sauce.

Shrimp (shelled, cooked)
French Baguette
Onions (thinly sliced)
Tomato (thinly sliced)
Lettuce (enough for one sandwich)
Garlic, one clove chopped
Oil (Olive or Canola)
1 tbl butter
Remoulade Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Salt & Pepper

Sliced bread length wise.
Fry the garlic in the oil (careful not to let it burn)
Add the butter to the oil & garlic
Add Shrimp to the oil, garlic, butter and stir
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Do not over-cook the shrimp, we are just wanting to warm the shrimp and transfer some of the garlic, oil, butter flavor. Remove from heat.
Add some Remoulade sauce to the sliced bread
Layer Lettuce, Tomato, onion, shrimp, Tabasco sauce
Top with other slice of bread
