1 Large Onion (sliced)
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 lbs. round steak (cut in strips)
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
6 Tablespoons Catsup
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
FOR DIRECTIONS YOU GOTTA WATCH THE SHOW BELOW
- Cook onion in butter until clear.
- Add meat and brown.
- Add seasonings and cream.
- Cool slowly until meat is tender.
- Mix Flour and water together and add, stirring until thick
- Add mushrooms and serve on rice.
PAIRING: Excellent with some ice cold craft beer while watching the big game.
