1 Large Onion (sliced)
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 lbs. round steak (cut in strips)
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
6 Tablespoons Catsup
2 Cups Sour Cream


1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Cup Mushrooms

FOR DIRECTIONS YOU GOTTA WATCH THE SHOW BELOW

  1. Cook onion in butter until clear.
  2. Add meat and brown.
  3. Add seasonings and cream.
  4. Cool slowly until meat is tender.
  5. Mix Flour and water together and add, stirring until thick
  6. Add mushrooms and serve on rice.

PAIRING: Excellent with some ice cold craft beer while watching the big game.
